Abstract :
Semiconductors nanomembranes refer to a special type of single-crystal semiconductors that are very thin, transferrable, bendable, printable and stackable. In this paper, the creation, transferring and effective doping techniques of the semiconductors nanomembranes are reviewed. Several applications of the semiconductor nanomembranes in fast flexible electronics, optoelectronics and nanophotonics that are not easily implementable with conventional rigid semiconductors will be presented.
