Abstract :
Linear and nonlinear modelling of the operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) are presented, allowing the significant device imperfections to be identified under various bias conditions. Their effects are quantified for bandpass filter examples and have close agreement with SPICE-evaluated and measured results. Stability and dynamic range are also discussed
