Abstract :
An investigation has been made into the possibility of using differential difference amplifiers (DDA) for high frequency MOSFET-C filter design. A new concept of DDA finite gain-bandwidth product compensation with respect to integrator and lossy integrator realizations is proposed. In this approach, when a one-pole approximation model of DDA is valid, the transfer function of the MOSFET-C filter is shown to be close to the ideal one. As an example, SPICE computer simulation results of the fifth order elliptic and seventh order Chebyshev low pass MOSFET-C filters are presented which confirm the theory
