Abstract
The authors present an exact analysis method for the computer analysis of an extended class of multiphase switched capacitor circuits. Each phase, defined by a given setting of the periodically operated ideal switches represents a linear, time-invariant circuit containing ideal op-amps, capacitors and, optionally, resistors. The analysis method uses a common formulation for both ideal and lossy SC circuits. The method is based on the state-variable approach and the Laplace transform, and involves generating the state equation matrices, and eventually the transfer functions of the SC circuit. It has been implemented in the user-oriented package SCORE (for Switches, Capacitors, Op-amps, REsistors). The program features a free-format input circuit description language, including a hierarchical subcircuit facility, and graphical presentation of the transfer functions. A BASIC listing is given
