            Abstract : 
The epsilon-negative (ENG) and mu-negative (MNG) materials were fabricated using the composite right/left-handed transmission line (CRLH-TL). The ENG and MNG materials are opaque in electromagnetic wave region, but the (complete) transparency phenomenon will occur in the ENG-MNG pair under special conditions, the energy flux concentrate on the ENG-MNG interface. The S-parameters measurements exhibit agreement with the simulated results.
