Abstract
The complete spectrum of acoustic waves on 36° rot YX-LiTaO 3 is analyzed. To this end, the transfer function of a delay line on this substrate at the fundamental (265 MHz) and at the third harmonic frequency (795 MHz) is measured. These filter characteristics are analyzed by means of a mixed time/frequency representation, the smoothed pseudo-Wigner distribution (SPWD). The SPWD has been proven to be well suited for identifying all coupled acoustic waves, for calculating their velocities, and for delineating their trajectories
