Abstract :
Fibronectin is a protein having multiple functions. Its coordinates of structure have several function domains. We analyzed mRNA. As a result, we show tiny gene duplication is 9.9% over the whole sequence; this value is equivalent to one of the Alu Familis. Next we analyzed some another genes of Tiny Gene Duplication. As results, we found Beta-actin: 9.5 %, GAPDH : 10.5%, Profilin : 10.7%, Elastin : 11.2%, VEGF : 11.8%. These numerical values indicate that the trace of tiny gene duplication remains in newly originated gene.
