Abstract :
In this paper, we develop an ontology-based customer feature extraction method in e-commerce environment. We define e-commerce customer ontology using the term constructors of ontology and demonstrate description logics to construct a semantic-oriented model. The framework of customer information integration is provided to support the query structure. Then, we build a customer ontology and develop a method and process for e-business customer features query and extraction using both query extension and query reconstruction based on it. The method is demonstrated by an example and notable results have been obtained that provides a new way to analyze the customers´ features pattern especially those who trade on internet.
