Abstract :
Preservation of historic buildings has been a great issue in every society. Especially in developing countries, numbers of architectural heritages have been disappeared during modernization and urbanization. What should we need to provide against destroy? How can we revive the historic building when it has been destroyed without any evidences of the original form? This article introduces a case of revival project in Ulsan, and discuss some lessons on the preservation and reconstruction with the result of the project.
