Abstract :
Formation of favorable urban habitat for human beings pursue the only purpose - harmonic development of personality, implementation of human potentials. Environments forms the personality, that is why an Architect assimilates to the Creator making the future. A personality, its attitude to the surrounding world and to itself first of all is formed at the level of subconsciousness.
