Abstract :
The purpose of this paper is to simulate military supply chain management and investigate the military weapons replenishments system. A new simulation approach system dynamics has been developed to evaluate the supply chain management problems in the military services industries and find the problems. Previous research shows that military supply chain management problems are mainly caused by aging machines, equipment reliability, product life cycle and inefficient organization. But through system dynamics simulate to find that major and fundamental problems were caused by all military service industry and other performance issues, especially system environment problems, such as the efficiency and effectiveness of all system. Those problems were evaluated in this research and find a series of solve steps. This research also supposed that the major problem is the inefficiency of human resources and that through certain remedies, such as part-time workers and restructure of the organization can improve the systems overall performance.
