Abstract :
In a frame of Russian-German scientific cooperation GYCOM Ltd. and IAP develop 1-MW power level dual/multi-frequency gyrotrons. Two long pulse industrial tubes have been built up to now. First gyrotron is installed in IPP, Garching, Germany in July, 2005. Second tube with similar design and parameters was successfully tested and is prepared for shipping to IPP. Problem of output window creation for multifrequency megawatt level continuous wave (CW) gyrotron is in solving now.
