Abstract :
According to the strong inertia and long time delay characteristics in temperature control system of polymerizing kettle used to the production of polyvinyl chloride paste resin, the resisting integral saturation PID control, feedforward control and Smith prediction control are integrated into the traditional cascade control strategy for research. After that the producing process of polyvinyl chloride paste resin is described, a control method for the temperature control of polymerizing kettle system is presented in detail. Finally the proposed method is validated on the base of simulation
