  • Abstract
    Unified power flow controller (UPFC) is an important component of flexible AC transmission system(FACTS), which provides an effective approach for secure and stable operation of modern power systems. A variable interval fuzzy mutual control method with self-adjusting factor is proposed in the whole field, which is aimed at the given control object of unified power flow controller and control strategy for UPFC in this paper. Simulation result indicates that node voltage and line power flow are effectively controlled and the transient stability of power system is improved in the designed control system, besides response quickly, precision accuracy high, robust strong.
