This paper first analyzes the issue about CSCL interaction, and points out that computer supporting collaborative learning does not just offer a space for common information exchange and learning, but provides strategic guide and advancement for collaborative learning. Then from the perspective of instructional organization strategies, the paper explores the process of how to develop facilitative strategies for step discussion distance CSCL interactive action. The development of The CSCL prototype of tool for the strategies concerned finally is discussed.
