Capital structure management by portfolio of investment projects models

The business planning of economical development of new firms supposes the solving of very important problem: the building of initial portfolio and the management of the business processes portfolio. Basic data for projects description must be given through the carrying out of the marketing research. Thus, the marketing research is one of the projects in the business planning processes. We enumerate some of the projects, which can be equipped at the formation and development stages of new firm: the marketing monitoring and diagnostics, the firm reengineering, the planning of production processes, the planning of financial flows, etc.
