Abstract :
In this paper, an LC Circuit model is built for the simulation of ID acoustic resonator with considerations of some nonideal factors. The model is verified by the device and its corresponding experimental data. An ID acoustic resonator for CO spectroscopy is set up suing the model. The effects of its structural parameters, quality factor and resonant frequency as well as the ambient temperature on the performance are theoretically analyzed.
