A reason in the process of globalization

The globalization in the economical and technological aspect have made a new problem, which must be critically investigated and transformed on the philosophical sphere. We need as an alternative an ethical responsible globalization of second order and a comprehensive reason, which can be regarded as a "regulative idea" to the many rationalities. Such a reason could be in the circle of argumentative discourses as its last instance "transcendental pragmatically" and "universally" acceptable. The limits of communitarians can be criticised effectively on the ground of transcendental pragmatically representative basic-norms.
