Abstract
We have developed compact micro-strip-line-based sensor chips which are appropriate for sensing polar liquids. In order to evaluate the spectroscopic performance of sensor chips, we have compared the absorption coefficients of albumin/water system obtained by the sensor chip with those by the attenuated total reflection method.
