Abstract
This paper presents a bulk-input pseudo amplifier for ultra low-voltage and low-power mixed-signal applications. Also, a low-voltage bandgap voltage reference circuit with only MOS transistors has been proposed. This design has been simulated in 90nm CMOS process from a 0.4V single supply voltage. Correct functionality for this configuration is verified from -30°C to 70°C.
