Abstract :
The control algorithm of two dimensional position profile was adopted to resolve the problem of how to calculate multi-circle-wrapping profile on meridian-tyre hexagonal bead ring forming machine. As for control system, the ControlLogix controller integrated logic control and motion control, and with SERCOS fiber optic interface technology, it makes sure that the system is anti-jamming, highly reliable and time-critical. In addition, the structured text was used, and then the obtained profile points of each axis were input into the graphic editor to produce the complete profile, making the system run more efficiently, and the products of high standard and quality
