Abstract :
CAN bus protocol of auto local area network and SAE J1939 code rules are researched, which application is introduced in this paper. Based on the CAN bus communication protocol, J1939´s coding system is formed with CAN Bus 29 bit IDENTIFIER. Refer to J1939, this paper established CAN communication codes and malfunction diagnosis codes used on electric passenger car and puts forward an implementation method. This communication protocol has been applied to a pure electric low floor transit bus JingHua BK6121EV. This system is proved to be stable in test bed and vehicle test, with reliable data communication and favorable real time control
