  • Abstract
    Basing on the GA method, hysteresis time of piezometric tube is calculated according to the linear correlation between the reservoir level and piezometric tube level when the hysteresis time is deducted. Radial Basis Function (RBF) is used to simulate process between reservoir level and piezometric tube level. The influence of width parameter to fit and forecast effect is discussed and the optimization method to width parameter of basic function is put forward. Finally, in order to test the GA-RBF method, the piezometric tube and reservoir level observation data of an earth-rock dam is analyzed by the method
