Abstract :
This paper presents new ways of designing compact, low loss microwave filters. A quarter wavelength self supported air filled coaxial resonator is proposed, and several multi-resonator arrangements are discussed, which provide the means to produce new filter topologies using single and multilayer coaxial structures
