Abstract :
Programmable Josephson voltage standard (PJVS) have gained wide-spread acceptance in calibration of ADC-aided instruments including (but not limited to) voltmeters [1]-[3], as well as investigation of stability and linearity of such instruments. The study summarizes the results of low-frequency RMS measurements obtained when an Agilent 3458A voltmeter was operated in DC mode to compare its readings against pre-calculated PJVS output.
