Abstract :
There are some questions in the theory that system failure time follows exponential distribution. Even if the system is composed of the same item, which has same Weibull parameter, the distribution of the number of failures in a constant period does not follow the Poisson distribution and it changes with Weibull shape parameter. And using this result it becomes possible to estimate the parameter with the distribution of number of failure times in a constant period
