Abstract :
The paper adopted union design and network as methods to settle the puzzles in traffic detectors setting. The optimizing design research works were carried out in limited setting point. It analyzes the combination of crossing and main road, found that the method could get overall information of area traffic in minimal invested human power and material resources. The traffic flows parameters could be reflected by it. 67 union design tables were adopted as basic table to design scheme, BP network were adopted as method to set up a traffic volume model, it could be used as rules to optimizing scheme. The result shows that the deviation of optimization scheme could reach 0.006
