Abstract :
Grid database is a new research area combined with the database techniques and Grid techniques, while traditional database query and optimization techniques couldn´t fully satisfy the need of Grid database because of the dynamic properties of Grid Nodes. The paper brings forward cost model in dynamic grid database environment , and also gives the dynamic query optimization algorithm used for the query plan to make adaptive evolvement along with the fluctuation of gird environment. Finally the paper tests the models and algorithms through experiment.
