  • Abstract
When we want to gain the weight of several influencing factors without sufficient data, we use the Analytic Hierarchy Process method. But sometimes this method may be a little inaccuracy, for the weights of the inner process are decided by manpower. This paper takes the background of food security to provide an improved Analytic Hierarchy Process method, which conduct the Analytic Hierarchy Process in two directions. Firstly, we conduct the traditional Analytic Hierarchy Process method and gain a group of weights. Then, we exchange the factors in the bottom layer and the food types in the middle layer and conduct the reversed Analytic Hierarchy Process method and gain another group of weights. At last, we calculate the mean of the two groups of weights and gain a better result, which integrates information from two directions. With this method, we will take use of more information and make more proper decision.
