Abstract
The authors establish a set of procedural stages that can be used for developing rescheduling systems. The framework calls for a gradual introduction of the rescheduling application, which grows as the computer technologies and software engineering supporting the application advance. The framework has been successful in the development of airline applications, and the concept can be extended to other organizations such as railroads, cruise liners, and manufacturing systems
