Abstract :
This research aims to investigate the usefulness of adopting knowledge modeling in corporate e-Learning systems and specifically the application of concept mapping tools in knowledge-based companies to create, model, and share knowledge between employees themselves and support collaborative problem solving and innovation from one side. The other side is to improve customer satisfaction due to better matching between offered products and services with customer needs and expectations through minimizing the gap between desired design and real deliverables. The expected results of this study is to provide real feeds from industry about the usefulness of such tool though conducting several experimental case studies and analyze the attitude of managers and customer toward it.
