Abstract :
Process management has received keen attention in engineering field. To meet the requirements which refer to describe, maintain, optimize and manage the process in the enterprises and organizations, an integrated model is presented to support process simulation and process execution, which is a uniform model including the process sub-model, the organization sub-model, the resource sub-model, the time sub-model and the transaction sub-model. Then a proposed modeling method called Extended Activity Network Diagram is given out in relation to the integrated model. Finally, based on the modeling method, a case study is used to verify the method in the process management system.
