Efficiency Evaluation on the Enterprises Principal-Agents´ Intellectual Capital Management under the Circumstance of E-business

Intellectual capital includes knowledge, intelligence, capacity for innovation and some other intangible asset. Under the E-business circumstances(EBC), the mutual transformation of intellectual capital between supply-chain enterprises has become principal-agent´s primary content. The basic difference between intellectual capital management efficiency evaluation and traditional achievements evaluation lies in the acknowledgment of the differences in objective foundation condition, and emphasizing value of individual knowledge, intelligence, and capacity for innovation. This article introduces binary relative efficiency to supply chain principal-agentpsilas intellectual capital management efficiency evaluation, and establishes the corresponding appraisal model, in order to manifest the value of intellectual capital transformation (ICT).
