Abstract
One of the main problems in enterprise resource planning(ERP) implementation is the Aligning of the relationship between ERP system and enterprise strategy, organizational structure, business process and business information. The paper intends to solve the problem from the perspective of information technology (IT) governance. An IT governance framework of ERP system implementation, which includes four components i.e., strategy and tactic, organization, arrangement and mechanism and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measurements, is developed.
