Abstract :
For the huge amounts of data related to the atmospheric elements, the difficulty of weather forecasting is very large, which require an intelligent environment. To solve the problem, a fuzzy Petri net (FPN) model to represent knowledge and the behavior of an intelligent object-oriented database environment is proposed. In order to foresee and solve problematic behavior patterns, a static rule analysis on the FPN structure is employed. In addition, with the proposed fuzzy inference algorithm, the confluent rule executions can be guaranteed. The techniques and solutions provided in this paper can also be used in various complex systems, such as environmental information systems and defense application.
