Abstract :
Coordinating are one core problem of supply chain management research field. Supply chain integrated planning is one important measure to realize coordination between supply chain members. The state-of-the-art researches mainly emphasize on two-level supply chain architecture, but about multi-level one is still very lack. In the article the problem of integrated planning of three-level supply chain is studied. A model of multi-supplier, multi-producer, multi-distributor, multi-product, multi-period and capacitated integrated-supply-chain-planning is founded, which object is to minimize the cost sum of production, inventory, transportation, and outsourcing of each member in the supply chain. A HGA (hybrid genetic algorithm) is firstly used in above modelpsilas solution problem. The key procedures of solution method based on HGA are designed and explained in detail. Finally an instance illustrates the feasibility and effectiveness of our model and the GA method.
