Abstract

Strategic alliance can help the allied enterprises make good use of external recourses, form competitive edge and realize rapid development. When Chinese enterprises want to develop strategic alliance, they should have a clear goal, foster and enhance their core competitive force, strengthen the innovation on enterprise organizations, improve the ability of cross-culture management and promote the informatization and education of enterprises.
