Abstract :
Beijing Wang & Partners firm, a Chinese intellectual property agency to provide legal services to both individuals and companies in China and overseas, was built in 2000. It has set up website to enhance the corporate image, optimize organization structure, simplify the business procedures, improve the work efficiency, and so on. This paper surveys the status quo of e-commerce application in Beijing Wang & Partners firm comprehensively from the perspective of market orientation, management model, function and feature of website. The result indicates that there are some problems in the process of doing e-commerce. Based on the analysis, this paper puts forward with suggestions for Beijing Wang & Partners firm. It is maybe a useful reference to intellectual property agencies in China.
