Abstract
TRIZ is a systematic methodology based on knowledge, facing human, for the solution of inventive problems; physical contradictions are the key questions that TRIZ needs to solve. Separation principle is the main means to solve physical contradictions, including 4 methods, namely: separation in space, separation in time, phase transformation (separation on condition), system transformation (separation of parts from the whole). This article shows how to realize business model innovation of enterprises with these 4 methods based on case study.
