Abstract :
The paper set up ERP management effectiveness evaluation model based on Structural Equation Theory though fitting analysis, and verifies that ERP management effectiveness is further influenced by direct and indirect benefit, management effectiveness, capability enhancement, social effectiveness and so on. And is thinks that ERP management system should be actualized according to the capacity of corporation, more important is to realize continuous optimization to the process of management, and continuous improvement of management-concept and especially the guarantee of improvement in management and innovation to the enterprises.
