Abstract :
By reviewing on the organizational theories and innovative theories, it presents the definition and structure of innovative organizations in knowledge-intensive business services (KIBS), and proposes the structure of innovative organization by three dimensions, namely self-management, interdependence and boundary penetrability, and the innovative performance by two dimensions, namely acquired performance and standardized performance. Then, the empirical analysis on the relationship between innovative organization and innovative performance within standardized KIBS and customized KIBS are carried out. It is found that the characteristics of innovative organizations in two kinds of KIBS are different, and the differences of innovative performance under different KIBS are also testified.
