Abstract
Through studying the synchronization and the stability of two identical FHN models coupled by gap-junction, and using nonlinear dynamic system theory, this paper investigates the impact of different parameter on the models, which is achieved through MATLAB emulation. It turns out that the change of the coupled parameter will bring a change of the whole models´ state, which helps search the acting rules of the brain cells, and confer the reason of some diseases
