            Abstract :
The inverse problem of a linear programming is studied which is how to adjust the cost coefficient and the technical coefficients as less as possible such that a given nonnegative vector becomes an optimal solution of it in this paper. A mathematics model of the inverse problem is established basing on the property of simplex method of linear programming. Finally apply the model to the management innovations problems and obtained a valid result.
