Abstract :
In order to meet the use requirements of a pump in the Vacuum Oil Purifier, in a power plant, considered the advantages of the reciprocating pump and the rotary pump, and combined their principle and structure. A new positive-displacement pump was designed; the positive-displacement pump\´s movement principle was parallel crank-turn. Analyzed and calculated the performance of the pump, designed a produce according to requirements. At 2.5Mpa pressure, 1400r/min nominal speed, referenced to "Mobile Reciprocating Pump Test Method" GB/T 7784-2006 carried out the experiment of the pump, the difference between actual and theory oil amount was only 3%. According to the result of the experiment, the new positive-displacement pump meet the design requirement, the pump had feature of good seal, high volumetric efficiency, low flow pulse and large exclusive.
