Abstract
In this paper, the author uses Cointegration theory, Granger causality test reseach on relationship between the actual value of foreign investment in Wuhan and regional technological innovation capability, and found that: (1) In the long run, Wuhan actual use of foreign investment and technological innovation in the region between the region have a greater positive correlation; (2) Granger causality test shows that the actual use of foreign investment Wuhan Regional Technical Innovation Ability The Granger cause. And in this conclusion on the basis of policy recommendations.
