This paper from the status quo of China´s auto parts industry, summarizes the root causes of the industry lag in technology and can not break through the key technologies, learns the industrial technology innovation mode of the developed countries, adopts the united mode of “government-industry-university-research institute” to construct technological innovation service platform for China´s auto parts industry, hope that to promote the combination of “industry-university-research” through the platform building, eventually to achieve the persistent and favorable development of China´s auto parts industry, enhance the innovation capability of auto parts enterprises, and improve the international competitiveness of auto parts industry.
