Abstract :
In the twenty-first century, with the continued environmental awareness and corporate social responsibility extended, it will be the inevitable choice for the industrial enterprises to take systematic development view and implement coordinated and balanced development of the economic - social - ecological aspects. Being both a process of the material metabolism and a social organization, industrial enterprise not only has to pursue productivity and investment efficiency, but also to consider the issue of sustainable development and social harmonious. Industrial enterprise and its external natural, economic and social environment construct a complex ecosystem. It creates not only good outputs including economic products, employment opportunities and stakeholders´ appreciation, but also bad outputs such as ecological destruction, environmental pollution and. poverty. In order to realize the sustainable development and harmonious of the economic, social and ecological complex system of industrial enterprises in Guangdong Province, this paper explores the social-eco-efficiency of industrial enterprises theoretically and practically, then evaluate the social-eco-efficiency of industrial enterprises in Guangdong Province.
