In the economic society of consumer leading, grasping consumer demand is crucial, and the ability of insight into market demand decides the success or failure of product development. This paper studies the application of customer-focused quality function deployment in product development, introducing the KANO model of customer demand, which discusses product development process based on quality function deployment, and highlights the advanced management system which combines enhanced quality function deployment with concurrent engineering.
