Abstract :
Squirrel-cage asynchronous motors are modeled and analyzed by combining the basic modules and S-function from Matlab/Simulink. And the algorithm of solving stator current and flux are improved to increase the accuracy of model. The simulation results of the stator current, flux and rotor speed torque under the condition of increasing load are given. The simulations demonstrate that the model built in the two-phase αβ stationary frame is more accurately reflecting the actual situation of running motors.
