Abstract
This paper analyzes the interaction mechanism of industrial clusters and logistics parks based on the analysis of industrial clusters´ needs for logistics. On the basis of the different forms of organizations of logistic transactions between two sides, it raises two interaction patterns-contract-based pattern and alliance-based pattern. These two patterns´ characteristics and their advantages and disadvantages have been analyzed respectively.
